This course is best used by those with experience in safe foodservice operation, but would like a refresher course before taking the examination. This course can be completed in less than 5 hours.

     For those with minimal current safe foodservice operations knowledge or those who are taking the examination for the first time, it is recommended that the full FDA Food Safety Manager Certification course be used.
